COVID-19 Updates
Hi SDCC members,
I am very sad to have to send this announcement yet again...but due to the latest mandate from the city, I’ve decided it’s in our best interest that we suspend our studio activity once again until further notice. However, I still believe exploring & exercising creativity in human brain is essential to our healthy living so I’ve decided to follow this “online” instruction trend at this time. As many of you already know, I am quite technologically challenged(I can barely navigate through my iPhone) but with some help from Kinley, I think I maybe able to get this going...fingers crossed.
I will put together a hand building kit(1x bag of clay & some loaner tools at your request) & make it available for anyone who’s interested in participating in the zoom sessions. I intend to hold the sessions at the same time as regular hours(Mon-Thu @6pm-9pm & Sat @10am-1pm). I will keep the cost the same as usual($125/4 sessions). Once this gets going, I’ll also let you know about the time for the “drop off” of your pieces etc.
On the side note, I am also going to put together an online store for my ugly ass pieces finally🤣 so keep your eyes out for some pandemic entertainment and even buy some pieces to keep the studio afloat...since this is going to be the “new norm” sadly.
That’s it for now...in the meantime, please keep wearing the masks wherever you are, go and do...wash your hands 100 times a day & no parties!
Thank you so much for your continued support and please stay safe during this crazy time, I really appreciate it.
